Last updated: 28 September 2026
By using PayQube at https://payqube.app (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The service
PayQube provides educational worksheets that estimate freelance take-home amounts after marketplace and payout fees. Results are for personal planning only. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice and are not official quotes from any platform or payment company.
2. No professional advice
Fee defaults may be estimates. Platforms change pricing. Taxes depend on where you live and how you work. You are responsible for confirming figures with the platform, your payment provider, and qualified advisors before you rely on them for contracts, invoices, or filings.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful personal or internal business planning. You may not abuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service, or misrepresent PayQube outputs as official statements from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or any other third party.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, text, and software are owned by PayQube or its licensors. Marketplace and product names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayQube and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any calculation or content.
7. Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, when enabled. Ad partners may use cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
